Thank you to everyone who came, donated and bid at our 2nd Annual Tiny Homes Big Futures event on November 12. We were able to raise $5,000 to help homeless veterans.
Southern Bridges rocked the event again this year. We are grateful for their support of our mission. They are a fantastic local Central Indiana band that has played the VIP stage for Luke Bryan and Brad Paisley. And they played for us!
Thanks to silent auction donations from The Westin, The Conrad, The Omni, Belterra Casino, The Indiana Pacers, The Indianapolis Colts, The Cabaret, Pritchett Property Group, HoneyBaked Ham, Deer Creek Golf Course, Bisque Barn, Purple Toad Winery, Sophisticated Hippie Jewelry, Pizza King of Mooresville, Massage Therapy for Women, Cunningham Restaurant Group, Indiana Fever, Snapshot Garden Design, Amy Phipps Photography, The Look, The Hair Hut Coatesville, and Photobee Photography. Thank you to our sponsors American Legion Riders Post #118, Frontier Lawn and Landscaping and Full Swing Indy.
These dollars will help veterans who just need a push to get back on their feet. This past year we have partnered with Family Promise of Hendricks County, Indiana (Teresa’s home county) and the Hoosier Veteran’s Assistance Foundation to do just that. And, we still have our sights set on a tiny home community in Oregon. Anything new and different takes time, but we are trusting the process and can’t wait to make it a reality.
